LEMON BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients except chicken in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 45 minutes, turning once. Grill on charcoal outside or broil in oven.
