1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. cream 1/8 tsp. lemon peel, grated 1 3/4 c. sugar Combine 1 3/4 cups sugar with butter, lemon juice, cream and lemon peel; beat smooth. Add remaining 1 3/4 cups sugar, beat until of spreading consistency. |
