PEACH JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach flavor gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened, consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Dissolve second package of gelatin in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until smooth. Pour into serving bowl and chill about 1 hour or until set.
