CHEESE & ONION PIE 
Pastry for 9 inch pie
12 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
Few drops Tabasco sauce

Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion into pie shell. Beat eggs with cream, salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes longer.
