GREEN BEAN SARCEADO 
1 med. onion
4-5 med. tomatoes
1 lb. fresh green beans
2 lb. pork chops
1/8 to 1/4 c. soy sauce
Garlic powder
Pepper

Fry cubed pork chops in oil, drain and season. In Dutch oven, add cooked meat, fresh cleaned green beans, chopped onion, sliced tomatoes and soy sauce. Put lid on pot and cook on low to medium until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over freshly cooked white rice.
