CLAM CHOWDER 
1 1/2 c. potatoes
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1 can clams

Dice and cook vegetables until tender, drain.

SAUCE:

1 cube butter, melted
4 tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of seasoned salt
Salt and pepper

Melt butter, then add rest of ingredients. Cook sauce until it begins to thicken, then add the vegetables and clams.
