COMPANY SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
6-8 med. cooked potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 med. onion, chopped 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 green pepper, chopped Cook pepper and onion in water. Drain. Mix with cheese until melted in saucepan. Slice cooked potatoes and place in buttered casserole. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. |
