1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. mustard (dry)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Add butter, a piece the size of a walnut, boil all together until thick.
