TACO RICE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. dried onion flakes
16 oz. jar Chi-Chi's salsa
1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. rice, prepare rice as directed or use minute rice

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon cube. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and ripe olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
