SUMMER BERRY PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Jell-O (red flavor)
1 c. each: blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries
1 pie crust (graham cracker)
2 c. thawed Cool Whip

Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Add Jell-O. Let cool. Put in pie crust.

I use a regular pie crust.

Bake and cool before adding berries and Jell-O mixture. When ready to serve, top with Cool Whip or whipping cream.
