PEANUT HONEY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. packaged biscuit mix
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter

Stir to combine thoroughly the first 2 ingredients; add egg and milk. Blend in honey and peanut butter (the mixture will not be smooth). Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Combine until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of mixture in pan. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
