1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1/4 c. butter
1 box Flako corn muffin mix (or other)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1. Saute onion in butter (butter).

2. Combine muffin mix, egg, milk and creamed corn.

3. Pour muffin mix into greased 9 x 9 inch pan.

4. In a bowl combine sour cream, salt, onion, 1/2 cup grated cheese.

5. Spread sour cream mixture on top of muffin mixture.

6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

7. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees.

8. Serve warm (enjoy!).
