ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Microwave chocolate and milk in 1 1/2 quart microwaveable bowl on high 2 minutes stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Stir in vanilla, salt and nuts. Spread in greased 8 x 4 or 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm. About 2 hours. Cut into small squares.

Tip: Recipe can be doubled; spread in greased 8 inch square pan.

ROCKY ROAD FUDGE VARIATIONS: Add 1 cup miniature marshmallows to fudge with vanilla, salt and nuts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
