CHEESECAKE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Place vanilla wafer in bottom of FOIL cupcake paper. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fill foil cups to 1/4 of top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with blueberry pie filling when cool. Makes about 2 dozen.

Variation: Add 1 cup melted chocolate chips to cream cheese mixture, beating well. Top with cherry pie filling.
