CHEESECAKE TARTS 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
16 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add cream cheese and beat 10 minutes with electric mixer. Add vanilla. Put 16 cupcake liners in muffin tins and drop one vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill each with scant 1/4 cup of cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and remove from tins. Remove papers and top each with spoonful of pie filling.
