CHEESECAKE TARTS 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix above and set aside. Beat until smooth: 1 egg 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Put paper liners in cupcake pan. Put 1 tablespoon crumb mixture in each and pack down with bottom of glass. Add 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with pie filling and dot with whip cream. (May be frozen before fruit is added.)
