STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sour cream or sour wonder
1/2 can peas, drained
1 c. onion or 1/2 c.
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes

Brown beef and onion, stir in soup, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat stir in sour cream. Add Creamettes and peas. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
