5 HOUR STEW 
6 carrots
5 celery stalks
3 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion or substitute onion salt
2 lbs. chopped stewing beef
2 1/2 c. chopped stewed tomatoes
Cracked pepper to taste
4 tbsp. tapioca
Salt to taste

Place all ingredients in large baking kettle or ovenproof Dutch oven. Place in a 250 degree oven for 5 hours. Don't open the oven or take off pot lid until done. Serve with fresh bread or corn bread. (You may add more meat or vegetables if you want).
