ZUCCHINI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. zucchini, cubed
1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. diced green chilies

1 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Tear 2 pieces of buttered bread into small pieces and put over casserole.

Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
