CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. diced celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 c. raw rice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown meat in heavy skillet. Drain fat, if any. Add remaining ingredients, except chow mein noodles. Put in large casserole, cover and bake 1 hour at about 350 degrees. Sprinkle with 1 can chow mein noodles and bake 20 minutes longer. TAKES NOT SALT!

NOTE: You may substitute 1 can chow mein vegetables for 1 can soup. Serves 6 to 8.
