CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
1 (9 1/2 oz.) can tuna, chicken or turkey 1 c. diagonally sliced celery 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. chopped chives 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. broken cashews or sliced water chestnuts 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles Grease 1 1/2 quart ovenproof casserole dish. Put the meat in the bottom, then add celery, soup-milk mixture, chives and soy sauce, ending with nuts and noodles on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with egg rolls and salad. |
