CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 1/2 c. raw rice 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 lg. bell peppers, chopped 1 can Chinese vegetables 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can onion soup 1 jar sliced mushrooms 1 can sliced water chestnuts Salt and red pepper Cook the red color out of the ground beef - add onion and bell pepper, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. When done, remove covering and let rest 5 minutes. |
