4 c. hot seasoned mashed potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions & tops
4 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine potatoes, sour cream, green onions and cheese. Turn into greased 1 12/ quart casserole. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6. Can use with fresh or instant potatoes.
