SWISS STEAK 
6 cube steaks
1/4 c. flour seasoned with 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
2 tbsp. Crisco oil
2 (16 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 stalks celery, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet. Roll steaks in seasoned flour and brown. Put in roaster and add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6.
