BEEF AND SPINACH PIE 
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
1 pkg. creamed Green Giant frozen spinach, thawed
1 1/3 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (divided)
1 lb. browned ground beef, drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 more eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, diced

In a deep pie pan or quiche pan add rice, salt and butter. Pour the boiling water over and cover for 5 minutes. Brown the ground beef, onion, then drain. Add the spinach, Worcestershire sauce, 3 beaten eggs and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Remove the cover from the rice. Add 1 egg and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Press this mixture into a pie shell. Add the beef mixture to the shell and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. 8 servings.
