2 lbs. hamburger
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped peppers
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix well together all ingredients. Pack into loaf pan and place 1 strip of bacon on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
