1 med. head of cauliflower
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. tarragon
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Cut or break cauliflower into uniform sized pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in a bag. Add buttered cauliflower pieces and shake until well coated. Cook for 4 minutes or longer depending on your microwave, uncovered in microsafe dish.
