CAULIFLOWER PARMESAN 
1 lg. head cauliflower
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. J.D.'s Vegetable Magic
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika

In microwave, place cauliflower which has been cut into flowerets, in a steamer and cook for 8 minutes. Drain, set aside and keep warm. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, Vegetable Magic, garlic powder and butter. Cook for about 5 minutes or until smooth. Pour sauce over cauliflower, sprinkle with the fresh parsley and paprika.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
