CHEESE CAULIFLOWER ITALIANO 
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 head fresh cauliflower, cored, cleaned and cut vertically into thin slices (4 c.)
1 med. red onion, sliced in thin slices
3 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
Paprika
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and coarsely ground pepper. In a greased 8 inch square casserole, layer 1/2 of each of the following ingredients in order: cauliflower, onion, flour mixture, butter pieces, olives, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Repeat layering with second 1/2 of ingredients, adding chopped parsley between olive slices and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.

Combine wine and milk; pour over. Bake uncovered in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
