CAULIFLOWER QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook cauliflower according to package directions omitting salt. Drain well and chop coarsely. Place on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist. Layer the cauliflower, green pepper, onion and cheese in lightly oiled pie plate.

Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Process 15 seconds or until well blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
