MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 lg. pkg. Doritos
1 boned hen or 2 fryers
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup

Boil chicken, cool, cut into bite size pieces. Mix together with onions, cheese, garlic salt, chili powder and tomatoes (mashed). Soften tortillas in chicken broth. Place in bottom of baking dish. Add chicken mixture and spread soups on mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
