1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
6 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 cup 7-up soda

Mix all ingredients in mixer. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°F. Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes before removing cake from pan. Let cake cool for 1 hour after removing from pan.
