SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
7-8 oz. imitation crab (or lobster, scallops
1/2 c. diced celery
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. celery soup plus 1/4 c. water to dilute

Grease casserole with butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, blend butter into bread crumbs. Line bottom of casserole with half of crumb mixture. Heat soup and water to lukewarm, and add chopped eggs, seafood and celery. Pour mixture over crumb mix and spread rest of crumb mix over top. Bake 25-30 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serves 4.
