2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
2 c. beer, at room temperature
Dash of hot sauce

Combine flour and paprika, add beer and mix well. Use batter for fish and shrimp for best results dredge chosen seafood in additions 4 first, then dip in butter.
