QUICK BATTER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour

Dissolve yeast in water; add melted butter, sugar, eggs and flour. Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
