1 Butterbrickle cake mix
1 butterscotch pudding, cook and cool

Mix the cooked pudding with cake mix. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan. Spread 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup butterscotch bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
