SWEET POTATO CRISPS 
Combine:

3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

Add:

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Put into baking dish.

Mix topping of:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
3 tbsp. butter

Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake 325 degrees, 30 minutes.
