SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage
1 lg. chopped onion
1 med. green chopped pepper
1 tsp. thyme
Pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 lb. noodles, cooked

In casserole put layers of noodles, meat, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Fry sausage breaking in small pieces. Add onion and pepper as meat cooks, drain off fat. Add thyme, mushroom soup and milk.
