BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook sausage and break into small pieces. Drain well. Break bread into 9x13 baking dish. Add layer of sausage and a layer of cheese until all is used. Beat eggs and add seasonings and milk. Pour over mixture and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake one hour covered at 350°F. Great for brunch.

Serves 8.
