CHEESY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage, browned and drained (or 6-10 slices crisp cooked bacon)
1 dozen eggs, beaten
12 pieces bread, cubed, no crust
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

Mix all ingredients; put in ungreased 9x13 glass baking dish. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
