CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chicken, cooked and cut-up
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can French fried onions

Grease 2-quart casserole dish. Cook broccoli as directed. Cut into bite-size pieces and arrange in casserole.

In microwave, blend cream cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, salt and garlic powder until smooth paste. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over broccoli; top with chicken and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 400°F. Remove from oven, top with onions and bake 10 minutes longer. This freezes well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
