HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1/4 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill. Good with ham, pork, meat loaf, but especially boiled beef.
