HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1/4 c. horseradish, drained
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream, whipped

Mix first 5 ingredients. Fold into whipped cream. Excellent with roast beef.
