VEGGIES WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE 
3 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1 lb. carrots, 1/2 inch thick slices
1 lb. broccoli, 1 inch pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 fine chopped onion
3 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. paprika

Cook veggies until crisp-tender. Drain.

In small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and pepper.

In 2 quart casserole combine vegetables and dressing.

Topping; Combine crumbs, butter and paprika. Sprinkle over veggies. 350 degrees 15 minutes until heated and golden. Serves 8-10.
