STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust, deep
4 c. strawberries
1 3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jello
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. strawberry extract
1 pkt. Equal
Cool Whip

Cut up whole berries into any deep 9 inch crust. Heat water; dissolve cornstarch. Remove from heat. Add 1 envelope strawberry Jello. Also add vanilla and strawberry extract. You may add Equal if desired. Stir well. Pour over berries. Chill. Serve Cool Whip over top. Enjoy!
