SQUASH CASSEROLE 
8 sm. yellow squash
1 sm. onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Dash of hot sauce
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook squash and onions until tender. Drain and then blend in blender. Mix all other ingredients together and add to squash. Spoon all into a slightly greased flat 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. 6-8 servings.
