HOBO BREAD 
2 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. boiling water
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. nuts, optional

Soak raisins overnight in the boiling water and baking powder. Next morning, add rest of ingredients to the soaking raisins. Mix well.

Grease 3 (1-pound) coffee cans. Half fill each one with mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees or until done.
