WHOLE WHEAT MOLASSES QUICK BREAD 
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
2 tsp. double acting baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. dark molasses
1/3 c. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flours, baking powder, soda and salt.

In medium bowl mix buttermilk, molasses and oil. Stir into flour until moistened. Spoon evenly into pans.

Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick in middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
