SEAFOOD LINGUINE 
1/2 lb. linguine
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, save juice from 1 can
1 pt. sliced mushrooms

Cook linguine according to package directions. Saute garlic and onion in butter and oil. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms. Cook 15 minutes. Add mushrooms a few minutes before serving. Serve sauce hot over hot noodles.
