DIET STUFFING 
1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained
1 sm. jar pimentos
1/2 red pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of MSG
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips and boiled
4 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
Pinch of garlic powder

Saute mushrooms in bouillon until soft. Marinate first 5 ingredients in bouillon for at least 2 hours. Drain and add seasonings. Good with chicken or turkey.
